Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from us!

In the rare event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased from us, we will accept the return of items that are new in condition with tags, unused, unworn, unaltered and free of any stains, odour i.e makeup, tanning products, perfume & bodily odour. 

If the item/s doesn’t arrive to us in immaculate condition and are deemed unfit for re sale we reserve the right to refuse the return.

The customer is then required to pay postage cost for the item to be returned to them.

We have a strict 10 day return policy. Item/s must be returned within 10 days of receiving them to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

As a small business we currently do not cover any postage costs for returning the item. We offer free exchanges for UK customers.

It is advised to keep proof of postage as we are not responsible for returned items.

Please contact us with your full name and order number to approve a return or exchange. Once your return or exchange is accepted (within 10 days) we will email you our return address and any further details required. 

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our terms and conditions, please read carefully before placing an order. Please kindly leave a note in your parcel, providing your order number, full name and reason for returning.

If you receive free delivery, and return items from your order which would make you ineligible for free the delivery, the £5 standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at the check out as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Return Fees

We want you to find the perfect fit, but as a small business, order processing and payment fees impact us directly. To help cover non-refundable transaction fees and packaging costs, the following deductions apply to certain returns:

• Whole Order Returns: If you return your entire order, a £2.50 return fee will be deducted from your final refund total.

• Multiple Size Try-On Returns: If you order two or more dresses in different sizes to try on and choose to return all of them (or return your entire order), a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
